With a focus on customer satisfaction, we're dedicated to delivering award-winning service that sets us apart from the competition. **The Role** As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of queries and issues related to our telecommunications and utilities services. You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex problems, provide solutions, and exceed customer expectations.
