You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex issues, provide feedback to management, and contribute to process improvements. If you're a customer service enthusiast with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply! **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner, adapting to non-routine situations that require deviation from standard scripts and procedures. * Perform research to resolve customer inquiries, coordinating with other departments as needed. * Document customer inquiries accurately and maintain records of complaints and customer comments. * Provide feedback to management regarding customer problems, questions, and needs. * Maintain basic knowledge of quality work instructions and company policies, contributing to process improvements through recommendations for changes in procedures and techniques. * Assist with the training of new employees and cross-training of coworkers. * Maintain all departmental productivity, quality, and timeliness standards. **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or equivalent. * 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience. * Basic computer operating skills and ability to work with standard office equipment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar. * Strong human relations and organizational skills, with the ability to handle high-stress situations. * Good judgment and ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion. * Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively and efficiently. **Preferred Qualifications** * Associate Degree. * 3 years of customer service or call center experience. * Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software. **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being and career growth.
