As a Customer Service Agent - Air Freight, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Agent - Air Freight, your primary responsibilities will include: * Assisting customers with shipping needs, including answering inquiries, computing cargo rates, initiating and completing cargo bookings, and security screenings * Processing airway bills and providing cargo rates and tracking information to customers * Performing computer and paperwork tasks with accuracy and efficiency * Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable * Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines * Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless cargo operations and exceptional customer experiences **Additional Details** * Our tattoo policy is designed to promote a professional and respectful work environment.
