Job Summary We're seeking a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused professional to as a Customer Service Agent in our Ground Handling Department.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assisting passengers in boarding and disembarking flights, operating the Jetway, monitoring computerized passenger boarding, and guiding/parking aircraft. Key Responsibilities * Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience * Monitor computerized passenger boarding, ensuring accurate and timely processing of passengers * Assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors * Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required * Operate the Jetway, loading and unloading baggage and cargo * Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient movement of aircraft and personnel * Guide and park aircraft, ensuring safe and efficient turnaround times * Perform cabin maintenance tasks, ensuring a clean and safe environment for passengers * Work together as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives Essential Qualifications and Competencies * Successful completion of training course * Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high-energy environment * Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with passengers, colleagues, and management * Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery * Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly, with frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, and climbing up and down stairs * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with varying weather conditions and elevated noise levels Preferred Qualifications * Previous airline experience, with a strong understanding of aviation operations and customer service principles * Previous employment as a front-line customer service provider, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service * Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies * Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, holidays, and irregular shifts Work Environment * Airport ramp environment, subject to varying weather conditions and elevated noise levels * Use of computers, telephones, and other office equipment, with a focus on efficient and effective service delivery * Frequent interaction with passengers, colleagues, and management, with a focus on excellent customer service and communication Physical Requirements * Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, and climbing up and down stairs * Ability to handle objects up to 70 pounds regularly * Ability to assist passengers with disabilities, including pushing wheelchairs Benefits and
