As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • **Managing an existing book of business**: Focusing on growth and retention while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • **Conducting consultative conversations**: Routinely speaking with our clients to ensure all coverage needs are addressed.
  • **Generating and selling cross-sell, referral, and up-sell opportunities**: Identifying and pursuing opportunities to sell additional products and services to our clients.
  • **Providing exceptional service**: Working with customers to resolve their requests and concerns, such as billing, endorsement, copies of insurance documents, etc.
  • **Completing all required applications and documentation**: Ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • **Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative service and sales targets**: Achieving sales and service goals as assigned by management.
  • **Supporting all company initiatives**: Participating in company-wide initiatives and projects, guided by our company's WE CARE values, sales culture, and business needs.

  • **Property & Casualty license**: A valid Property & Casualty license is required.
  • **Effective and precise telephone etiquette**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • **1+ years of customer service experience**: Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • **Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • **Ability to work well independently and on a team**: Collaborative and self-motivated individual.
  • **Precise verbal and written communication skills**: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
