With a strong focus on employee development and well-being, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages growth and success. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless airport operations and exceptional customer experiences. **Benefits and Perks** At arenaflex, we believe in sharing success with our employees.
