Customer Service Agent – Intake Specialist Role As a Customer Service Agent – Intake Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our on-demand business through direct customer interaction via telephone.
Your primary focus will be on creating exceptional customer experiences while assisting with order entry, issue resolution, and various requests. Your key responsibilities will include: Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries via telephone, adhering to corporate guidelines and performance standards. Handling a high volume of calls daily, maintaining an enthusiastic tone and attitude, and answering calls promptly and efficiently. Addressing general questions about our service process, effectively handling issues, and resolving problems with excellent communication skills.
Logging, tracking, and documenting all issues using online systems and procedures, in accordance with applicable guidelines and requirements. Creating a high-quality customer experience, as reflected through quality monitors and customer feedback. Completing special projects assigned and maintaining current knowledge of our service policies, procedures, and specific client requirements. Promoting the arenaflex culture and values in all interactions. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Agent – Intake Specialist at arenaflex, you will need: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Demonstrated customer-care skills, such as empathy, active listening, courtesy, politeness, and helpfulness. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A great attitude that aligns with our culture of teamwork, promise-keeping, and continuous improvement. Ability to effectively manage time, multitask, and maintain high levels of punctuality and consistent attendance standards. A process-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement, with excellent problem-solving skills. A collaborative work style, able to work well within and across departments.
Ability to enter data accurately at a given speed, with strong typing and computer skills. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Familiarity with healthcare logistics or a similar industry. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software or other relevant technologies.
