Customer Service Agent – Intake Specialist Role As a Customer Service Agent – Intake Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our on-demand business through direct customer interaction via telephone.

Your primary focus will be on creating exceptional customer experiences while assisting with order entry, issue resolution, and various requests. Your key responsibilities will include: Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries via telephone, adhering to corporate guidelines and performance standards. Handling a high volume of calls daily, maintaining an enthusiastic tone and attitude, and answering calls promptly and efficiently.
