As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will play a vital role in driving our success and delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, assisting customers with website or application-related issues, and providing product or service information. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our client system, transferring data from documents into our client's system, making outbound calls to collect customer information as needed, and performing additional duties as required. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a leading provider of innovative solutions and services to our clients. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch service and support to our customers, and we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. **About the Role** As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Assisting customers with website or application-related issues and providing product or service information * Documenting customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our client system * Transferring data from documents into our client's system * Making outbound calls to collect customer information as needed * Performing additional duties as required **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of call center experience * Availability to complete online training with 100% attendance (paid at $15.25/hour) * The ability to pass a background check **Technical Requirements** To ensure you can perform at your best, you will need: * A desktop or laptop with a Windows 10/11 or Mac OS Monterey or newer operating system * A dual-core 2 GHz or better processor (i5+ or Ryzen equivalent recommended) * 8GB or more of RAM * Wired peripherals (keyboard, mouse, and headset) * Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum 20MB download and 10MB upload speed * A wired USB headset with built-in microphone and noise cancellation * An active, functioning webcam * A second monitor/screen **What We Offer** In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer: * A competitive salary of $15.25 per hour * A fully remote, flexible work environment * Paid training and benefits eligible after 60 days (Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401k) * A dynamic and supportive team environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
