- *Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Your duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Performing accurate data entry and maintaining customer records, including updating and verifying information as needed
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel to input and analyze data, and providing insights and recommendations to improve data accuracy and efficiency
- Collecting and organizing information from various sources, including customer feedback, sales data, and market research
- Transcribing information from one system to another accurately, and ensuring data consistency and integrity

- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or data entry role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis and reporting
- Excellent data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with data collection systems and processes, including data entry software and databases
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to maintain accurate records and files, and ensure data consistency and integrity
