Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Property and Casualty) to. As a remote worker, you will be part of an organically diverse team that contributes to and supports each other's success. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service experiences, advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing, and process new and/or amended enrollments. Key Responsibilities Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing Process new and/or amended enrollments Ensure our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence Active license to sell P&C insurance High school diploma or GED Passion for helping others Patient and empathetic nature Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Fluent in English or Bilingual (Spanish/English) Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the qualifications listed above, you will need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
