About the
Role: Customer Service and Operations Associate As a Customer Service and Operations Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers navigate the retirement account consolidation process. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in ensuring a positive experience for our clients, empowering them to take control of their long-term finances. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to share customer feedback, inform our product roadmap, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: Guide customers through the arenaflex rollover experience, addressing their questions and concerns via chat, email, and phone calls Become an expert on 401ks, rollovers, and IRAs, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices Communicate with financial institutions and employers on behalf of customers to facilitate transactions and resolve issues Contribute to our internal knowledge base and external FAQs, ensuring that customer questions and comments are addressed and incorporated into our support resources Synthesize customer feedback and share insights with the team, driving product enhancements and process improvements What You'll Bring to the
Role: To succeed as a Customer Service and Operations Associate at arenaflex, you'll need: 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing or client service role, preferably in the financial industry Experience working with FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7) or a strong willingness to learn and adapt A genuine interest in helping people achieve their financial goals, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Familiarity with customer service best practices and tools, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving Ability to work flexible hours, as needed, to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and concerns Experience working in a startup or fast-paced organization, with a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Essential
