About the Role
We are seeking experienced Customer Service and Sales Representatives to join our team and work from the comfort of their own homes. As a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services
- Meet sales objectives as defined by our team
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, who are over 18 years of age, and have a high school graduate or GED equivalent. You should be comfortable with desktop computer systems, have proven oral and written communication skills, and be able to type at a speed of 25 words per minute. Additionally, you should have:
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
- 6 months of sales experience (minimum)
- Able to work independently
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Strong listening skills
- Superior negotiating skills
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home with arenaflex, you will need to meet the following internet requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
You will also need to have a clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
