- 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and customers

- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, phone systems, and other software applications
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Experience working in a call center or virtual customer service environment
- Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR), Certified Sales Professional (CSP))
- Fluency in multiple languages (e.g. Spanish, French, Mandarin)
- Experience using CRM systems, phone systems, and other software applications
