Our team is dedicated to helping you succeed, so you can focus on delivering top-notch service to our customers. * Competitive earnings potential: Earn up to $15 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 37 minutes for each hour if logged in and available for the full 60 minutes.
Schedule and Availability As a Customer Service and Verification Representative, you'll have the flexibility to schedule your own hours, with the following client hours of operation: * Monday-Friday: 7:00am to 11:00pm CST * Saturday: 8:00am to 7:00pm CST * Sunday: 11:00am to 4:00pm CST Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent customer service skills: Build rapport and assist customers with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service. * Sales skills: Encourage customers to take the next step and speak with a licensed insurance agent, using your sales skills to "assume the sale." * Overcoming objections: Bring a strong ability and comfort level with overcoming objections to ensure a smooth customer experience.
* Multi-tasking skills: Engage with customers while navigating online systems, using your multi-tasking skills to stay organized and focused. Technology Requirements To ensure a seamless experience, you'll need: * Personal computer: A dedicated computer (no tablet) with a wired internet connection. * Broadband internet connection: A minimum of 10 Mbps download speed, with a wired connection (Cable, Fiber Optic, or DSL). * Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system: A wired USB headset with microphone (Gaming headsets not accepted).
* Mac users: Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via bolthires's Boot Camp utility. Important Information As a contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to: * Live in the United States: Except for CA, NY, PA, and WA, where this client program is not available. * Pass a background check: To represent this client, you'll need to successfully pass a background check.
