  • *Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression
  • Registering sales on assigned cash registers, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
  • Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Recommending items for sale to customers and suggesting trade-up and/or companion items
  • Registering customer purchases on assigned cash registers, collecting cash and distributing change as requested; processing voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters and shelves, and ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
  • Assisting with separation of food items and product placement, using the first-in, first-out method and restocking outs
  • Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive selling of promotional photo products
  • Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers, and completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Requires willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred
  • Prior work experience with arenaflex preferred
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours, preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and patients in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience
