We're a close-knit team with big ideas and ambitions, and we're always on the hunt for talented individuals who share our passion for innovation and customer satisfaction. **The Role** As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you'll be responsible for facilitating intake calls and requests ranging from on-demand to scheduled language services for our flagship customers. You'll create a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers. Your key responsibilities will include: * Achieving satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews * Providing exceptional client service experiences * Logging and tracking both calls and requests while servicing clients * Addressing opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment.
