As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued customers. This includes:
- Greeting customers warmly and responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and best practices

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner

- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work during peak holiday seasons and special events

- Previous experience working in a convenience store or retail environment
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
