- *Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience in our drive-thru and front-of-house areas. This includes taking orders, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, and providing top-notch service to our guests. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering great customer service, we want you to join our crew!
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Take orders in the drive-thru and process payments efficiently
- Assemble orders and deliver food to customers in a timely manner
- Clean the dining room and maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests
- Provide top-notch service to customers, including answering questions and resolving issues
- Work together as a team to ensure continuity of service and meet customer needs
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
- Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient service
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly around the restaurant
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
