- *Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including: + Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services+ Resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience+ Recommending items for sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or companion items
- Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including: + Keeping counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised+ Taking inventory and maintaining records+ Checking in and pricing merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader
- Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss
- Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products)
- Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise
- Assisting with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures
- Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products
- Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance
- Complying with all company policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
- *Training & Personal Development**
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to:
- Attend training and complete PPLs (Personalized Product Learning) requested by Manager or assigned by corporate
- Develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, sales, and operations
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your performance and career growth
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Have a willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Six months of experience in a retail environment
- Prior work experience with arenaflex
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- A willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
