With more than 85,000 employees, including 8,000 engineers, working alongside customers in approximately 140 countries, we're committed to ensuring that EVERY CONNECTION COUNTS. **Job Highlights** * **Position:** Experienced Customer Service Associate IV - Remote * **Start Date:** Immediate openings available * **Location:** Remote * **Compensation:** A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package * **Company:** arenaflex **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate IV, you'll be responsible for: * Managing backlog orders and open orders; communicating late deliveries to the customer and internal teams as required * Investigating credit and debit requests and queries to issue credit/debit as necessary * Answering technical queries from customers using online technical references and offering alternatives using available resources * Driving corrective actions and improvement projects that will raise customer satisfaction levels * Strengthening customer relationships by acting as a liaison between customer and any internal points of contact **What We're Looking For** * **Education and Experience:** Typically requires 4 or more years of related work experience. Requires high school diploma.
