We value trust and respect in all our interactions. **Customer Service Associate Role** As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the overall appearance of our stores. Your primary responsibilities will include: * **Greeting and Acknowledging Customers**: You'll greet every customer with a smile and a friendly demeanor, building long-term customer loyalty through our "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach. * **Register Operations**: You'll accurately and efficiently operate the register, approve refunds for other associates, and assist with training new Sales Associates. * **Merchandising and Store Maintenance**: You'll assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store to maintain a clean and organized shopping environment. * **Communicating Customer Needs**: You'll communicate customer needs to Team Leaders when necessary, ensuring that we're always meeting our customers' expectations. * **Additional Responsibilities**: You'll complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned by your Team Leader or Manager. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. * **Prior Retail Experience**: 6 months of prior retail experience is preferred, but not required. * **Positive Attitude and Team Player**: A positive attitude and a willingness to work as a team player are essential. * **Ability to Work Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays**: You'll need to be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis. **Physical Requirements** As a Customer Service Associate, you'll need to be able to: * **Lift and Carry Up to 50 Pounds**: You'll need to be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. * **Push and Pull Up to 35 Pounds**: You'll need to be able to push and pull up to 35 pounds on a regular basis. * **Stand for Extended Periods**: You'll need to be able to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner. **Compensation and Benefits** As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including: * **New Hire Starting Pay Range**: $15.25-$16.00 per hour * **Employee Discounts**: You'll receive a 20% employee discount on all arenaflex products and services. * **Flexible Schedule**: You'll have the opportunity to work a flexible schedule that meets your needs. * **Strong Career Growth and Talent Development Culture**: We're committed to helping you grow your career and develop your skills. **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer.
