You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to our customers. This is a seasonal position that will start in October and run through December, with the possibility of overtime. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer escalated emails and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Work queues related to orders not shipping, and resolve issues promptly * Make outbound calls to customers to resolve issues and provide solutions * Handle TrustArc Requests and Order Updates * Collaborate with the CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily * Utilize the telephone in customer contact and maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy * Stay positive under sometimes stressful conditions and maintain a positive attitude **Requirements** * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of training and experience * Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers * Ability to maintain energy and initiative in a fast-paced, seasonal environment * Experience in a call center or business environment, with a focus on customer service * Knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Seasonal positions start in October and run through December, with the possibility of overtime * WORKING REMOTE, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Extended hours and Saturdays may be required **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment * High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment * Knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a seasonal or holiday environment * Knowledge of popcorn or snack food industry * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment * Knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations * Ability to stay positive under sometimes stressful conditions * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and resolution * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Seasonal Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
