- *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Experience** + Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.+ Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.+ Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- **Operations** + Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.+ Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest trade-up and/or companion items.+ Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested.+ Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.+ Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records.+ Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.+ Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.+ Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.+ Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.+ Complete resets and revisions as directed.
- **Photo Services** + Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.+ Suggestively sell promotional photo products.
- **Web Pick-up and Maintenance** + Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus and fill orders (pick items).+ Deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.+ Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
- **Training & Personal Development** + Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
- Experience with digital passport photo service and photo printing equipment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with web-based systems.
