Key Responsibilities Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their car purchasing needs and provide personalized solutions Guide customers towards vehicles in the arenaflex inventory that meet their requirements and preferences Assist customers throughout the car buying journey, from online sales to financing and delivery arrangements, to ensure a seamless and superior customer experience Ensure a smooth transition from online to in-store purchasing, providing customers with a cohesive and integrated buying experience Mentor and support other team members as your skillset expands, contributing to the growth and development of the team Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Preferably sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, with a high level of self-motivation and a drive to achieve performance goals Strong listening skills and customer focus, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs and preferences Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, with a willingness to embrace change and innovation Open availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to providing a 24/7 customer service experience Must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location, with a reliable means of communication and a dedicated workspace Preferred Qualifications To stand out in this role, you will need to have: 0-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of the car buying process and the needs of automotive customers A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment, with a high level of self-motivation and a drive to achieve performance goals
