careerzynith is seeking an experienced Customer Service - Data Entry Professional to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is perfect for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service - Data Entry Professional, you will be responsible for entering customer orders quickly and accurately, updating and maintaining our database, answering phones, and performing other duties as assigned. About the Position
The Customer Service - Data Entry Professional will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our customer service operations and ensuring accurate data entry. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. The working hours for training will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, transitioning to a schedule of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM after training. This position offers a competitive salary and is an immediate need for the company. Once training is completed, there may be an opportunity for a hybrid remote work schedule, allowing for flexibility in work location.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders quickly and accurately
- Update and maintain database
- Answer phones
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate's Degree desired
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office - Word and Excel
