- *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service – Data / Order Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Data/Order entry, process orders, process returns, process credits, process truck claims
- Assist customers with pricing, inventory, and order status
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to provide expert advice to customers
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven work experience in data/order entry and customer service
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Demonstrates high level of accuracy in data entry
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Familiarity with lighting industry products and services (a plus)
