- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting customer needs and resolving issues
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
