- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of experience in customer service management or a related field
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
