Location: University Place, WA
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday thru Friday
Job Duties:
Ā Answer inbound participant calls.
Ā Assist participants with basic login assistance and website navigation.
Ā Identify calls needing additional support and handoff to main service team.
Ā 1-2 years customer service experience.
Ā Great verbal communication skills.
