As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to management as needed
  • Managing accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and credit checks
  • Performing basic accounting and data entry tasks to maintain accurate records

  • *Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service-oriented industry
