As a Customer Service Representative and Cashier at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized customer service area. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and it's essential that you have a friendly and positive demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly way, and provide a warm welcome to arenaflex
- Schedule appointments and collect vehicle and customer information
- Prepare R.O.'s (repair orders) and arrange towing and temporary transportation as needed
- Maintain automotive records by recording problems and keeping customer service area clean and orderly
- Process customer invoices and payments, and complete customer appointment reminder process
- Stock parts and supplies, and maintain a clean and organized customer service area
- Provide exceptional customer service, and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Light lifting (no more than 50 lbs.)
- Basic data entry and computer skills
- Basic math skills and ability to accurately process transactions
- Reporting research results and quality focus
- Productivity and basic estimating knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with the general public
- Auto industry experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pay attention to detail and accurately follow processes and procedures
- Training will be provided to ensure your success in this role
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or automotive environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Basic math skills and ability to accurately process transactions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or automotive environment
- Experience with basic data entry and computer skills
- Basic estimating knowledge and experience with automotive records
- Auto industry experience and knowledge of vehicles and services
