Responsibilities As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (AR Focus) - Hybrid, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. Your responsibilities may include: * Posting and Invoicing: Accurately posting and invoicing customer transactions in a timely manner. * Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email, providing exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.

* Billing Support: Assisting customers with billing-related inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. * Sales Support: Providing support to sales teams, including responding to customer inquiries and providing product information. * Improving Operational Efficiencies: Identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency. * Special Projects: Participating in special projects as needed, including training and development initiatives. Requirements & Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes. * Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently. * PC proficiency, including experience with computer systems and software. * Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision. * Willingness to submit to a background check. * Ability to participate in in-person training at either our Sparta or West Orange, NJ office. * Basic understanding of Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas.

The salary for this role is $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment As a hybrid employee, you'll work from home four days a week and in-person one day a week at our West Orange, NJ office. We offer a flexible schedule, with the ability to work from home and participate in virtual meetings.
