You'll work from home, using high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable, and you'll be required to commute to the office in Charleston, WV when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems. **Responsibilities** * Answering in-coming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc. * Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior representatives or management as needed. * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs, notes, and follow-up actions. * Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences. * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. * Meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals. **Required Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues orally and in written form. * Ability to work from home and prove to be self-sufficient. * Must commute to the office in Charleston, WV when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems. * Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working remotely in a call center setting. * Experience with Medicaid and Medicare. * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and escalating complex problems. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and escalating complex problems. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
