As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers needing support with airbag recalls, warranty questions, and technical troubleshooting. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, scheduling appointments for airbag recall services, and providing dealership information. You will also assist customers with warranty inquiries, radio code troubleshooting, and recall details. Your attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer concerns will be crucial in creating support cases and resolving issues. **Key Responsibilities** - Handle 30-40 inbound calls per shift with professionalism and empathy. - Schedule appointments for airbag recall services and provide dealership information. - Assist customers with warranty inquiries, radio code troubleshooting, and recall details. - Accurately document customer concerns and create support cases. - Resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate department for follow-up. - Collaborate with team members to share feedback and grow together. - Use multiple screens and software tools to efficiently manage customer interactions. **What You Bring** - Strong customer service and call center experience. - Ability to navigate computer systems and type at least 30 WPM. - Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills. - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. - Automotive or dealership experience is a huge plus (preferred but not required). - College degree preferred, but equivalent work experience is welcome. **Why Join Us?** - Be part of a mission-driven team helping customers stay safe and informed. - Gain valuable experience in the automotive and customer service industries. - Enjoy a supportive environment with growth opportunities and team collaboration. - Competitive compensation and flexible scheduling within business hours. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
