As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively will make a significant impact on their experience with our company. We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish (or another language) to join our team.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process customer orders and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment

- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
