We are seeking a friendly and professional Call Center Representative to join our team in South El Monte, CA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound and outbound calls, communicating with schools to identify their needs, and providing helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with arenaflex. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to be productive and efficient under minimal supervision.
- *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls to schools to promote our educational program
- Identifying the reason for the customer's call, collecting relevant information, and providing solutions
- Referencing premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
- Upselling products and services when appropriate
- Using best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
- Documenting all customer interactions
- Providing program overviews to school personnel via Zoom
- Attending trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
- *Qualifications**
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of active listening techniques
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
