As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Handling accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and follow-up
- Performing basic accounting and data entry tasks
- Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage customer information and communicate with internal teams
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and utilize our proprietary software and systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
