We're searching for qualified customer service representatives with personality and people skills to join our team. As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers over the phone and in person
- Taking and processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers over the phone and in person
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently

- Operate all equipment, including cash registers, credit card machines, and pizza ovens
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- Prepare product, including making pizzas and salads
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- *Communication Skills**
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- *Essential Functions/Skills**
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Occasional crouching, squatting, bending, or stairs while performing job tasks
- Must maintain clean and proper uniform per arenaflex standards
