As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a difference in the community. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Working with a team to successfully meet department phone Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Processing claims for policyholders, claimants, and others over the phone * Assisting with processing claims that are received over the internet or by mail * Participating in weekly team huddles and associate engagement activities * Providing exceptional customer service and support to our policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge **Requirements** To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Be enrolled at UW-Stevens Point or Mid-State Technical College * Have 2-6 semesters left before graduation upon start date * Be available to work 15-20 hours per week during the semester, with the potential to work up to 40 hours during summer or school breaks * Possess strong verbal and written communication skills * Be able to work in a team atmosphere and demonstrate strong punctuality and dependability * Have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Be proficient in using technology, including computers, software, and communication tools * Have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Bilingual skills in Spanish, with additional compensation available * Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment * Knowledge of insurance products and services * Experience working with claims processing systems and software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Training and Development** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll receive comprehensive training to help you succeed in your role.
