  • *Responsibilities/Duties**

As a Customer Service Representative - Content Moderator, you will:

  • Assist our community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and on time
  • Become and remain knowledgeable about products and community standards
  • Make well-balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills, and most importantly empathy
  • Display a strong bias to doing what's right for our community in support of our mission
  • *Qualifications/Key Competencies**
  • Impeccable communication and writing skills
  • General curiosity about how and why things work the way they do
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts
  • Ability to empathize with users and convey confidence through written interactions
  • Well-versed in chat and email etiquette, with a fine-tuned attention to detail
  • Demonstrated skill using the Microsoft Office suite, with moderate-level expertise in Excel required
  • High affinity and cultural awareness
  • Adaptable to change
  • High level of English proficiency (reading, writing, spelling, speaking)
  • 1 year of call center experience or equivalent
  • *Requirements**
  • All employees exposed to graphic content will attend wellness coaching sessions to ensure awareness of wellness resources and to ensure job adjustment

  • Must work On-Site at New Braunfels, TX location

Some individuals with a sensitivity to viewing graphic or disturbing content may be at risk for developing distress, mental health symptoms, or, in rare instances, Secondary Traumatic Stress based on the content they are viewing.
