  • Working closely with carriers, airlines, and other transportation providers to ensure seamless shipment execution
  • Consolidating and breaking-bulk shipments as required
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions and shipment status
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients for active shipments, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient data entry and record-keeping
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and shipment status

  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and an alternate backup in the event of inclement weather or a natural disaster
  • Dual monitors preferred, but not essential
  • Availability to work 6a-3p PST Monday - Friday
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center environment, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Typing test will be required to assess your data entry skills and accuracy
