As a Customer Service Representative on our Debit Card Support team, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support
- Following established communication "scripts" when handling different topics, ensuring consistency and accuracy in our customer interactions
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to meet their needs
- Accessing company and client resources provided to accurately handle calls and resolve customer issues
- Seizing opportunities to upsell products when they arise, providing customers with relevant and valuable offers
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
- Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, being available at your desk and ready to serve our customers
- Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions, providing a exceptional experience that exceeds our customers' expectations
- Cross-training as requested, expanding your skills and knowledge to better support our customers and team
- *Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous customer service or customer support experience, preferably in a call center or office environment (1 year minimum)
- Basic computer skills, including typing and navigation of software systems
- The ability to work independently, think critically, and make sound decisions
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to type 35 words per minute accurately and efficiently
- A quick learning curve, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

- Must be at least 18 years of age
