As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- *Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)
