Our vision is to make finding and enrolling in health insurance simple, and we're looking for talented individuals to help us achieve this goal. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experience consistently, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. Your key responsibilities will include: * Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns * Delivering high-quality customer service experience through multiple channels, including online chat and email * Managing customer accounts, including application data entry and technical support * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines * Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices * High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems * High level of professionalism, including excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a commitment to full attendance and performance * Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet is required) * Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, is highly desirable.
