Key Responsibilities As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support, meeting or exceeding contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Clarifying customer requirements, using decision-support tools and resources to resolve non-standard, unstructured issues that require clarification or conceptual thinking * Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while building rapport with the customer * Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures * Maintaining a broad knowledge of client products and/or services * Preparing complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required * Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance * Offering additional products and/or services * Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in call tracking databases Candidate Profile We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with: * A high school diploma and six plus months of customer service experience (or equivalent) * A courteous and strong customer service orientation * Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to learn and problem-solve, with strong analytical skills * Dependability and attention to detail * Ability to multitask, adapt to changes quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment * Tolerance for repetitive work and a willingness to work as a team member or independently * Patience and a pleasant, professional tone and manner in all customer contact situations * Ability to rotate shifts, as needed Preferred Qualifications * Additional experience or skills may be required based on location and/or program * Ability to work in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively with diverse customers
