Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding support and assistance.
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our customer service team. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
