As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Routing service calls to ensure timely resolution
- Verifying and inputting work order information, returning customer calls, and responding to customer complaints
- Managing a fast-paced and continuous call environment with attention to detail
- Performing other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions
- Communicating with technicians and maintaining a smooth flow in the office
