- *Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting potential borrowers and current customers with questions regarding loan products and services
- Evaluating vehicles and managing customer loans and payments
- Providing daily communication with customers regarding their accounts and making courtesy calls when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional customer service and sales goals

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time (Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday schedule)
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to pass a company background screening, including a credit, criminal, and background check

- Experience with computer and data entry software
- Familiarity with loan products and services
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
