- *A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A Customer Service Representative**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our internal and external customers, handling incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll act as a detective to determine any problem and find a solution to every issue, whether it's scheduling a service, taking a payment, or updating customer files. Your computer skills, problem-solving, and commitment to creating an awesome experience in every interaction will ensure your success.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Act as a detective to determine any problem and find a solution to every issue
- Schedule services, take payments, and update customer files
- Work diligently to connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid
- Collaborate with the Service Center team to meet goals and objectives
- *Minimum Qualifications:**
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Present a professional appearance
- Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
- Willing to work minimal overtime as needed
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Familiarity with pest control industry (a plus)
