As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing excellent and efficient service, resolving concerns, and addressing inquiries. You will be responsible for executing acquisition, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling arenaflex Perks, as well as handling merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer service inquiries. Our goal is to provide outstanding service and convenience to our members, helping them save on the products and services they need for their families and homes. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Delivering superior customer service to members, serving as a first-line point of contact for membership, credit card applications, general questions, issues, merchandise returns, exchanges, product look-up, and pick-ups * Driving and promoting the arenaflex value proposition regarding acquisition, retention, perks, and the member experience * Converting potential members by actively and effectively pitching all membership programs in accordance with company policies and practices * Exhibiting clear understanding of all arenaflex Membership options and Co-Brand credit card * Resolving member concerns in a courteous and timely manner, escalating issues to PIC and MOD when necessary * Assisting with BOPIC (Buy Online and Pick Up In Club) orders for members * Maintaining all club policies and procedures * Performing other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Prior front-line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred * Results-driven with proven success in goal achievement * Basic math skills preferred * Computer proficiency preferred **What We Offer** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect: * Competitive salary * Weekly pay * Free arenaflex Inner Circle and Supplemental membership * Generous time off programs, including vacation, personal, holiday, sick, bereavement leave, and jury duty * Comprehensive benefit plans, including three medical plans, health savings account (HSA), two dental plans, vision plan, and flexible spending * 401(k) plan with company match (must be at least 18 years old) **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a collaborative and inclusive environment where all team members can learn, grow, and be their authentic selves.
